This resort was horrible! Went for boyfriend’s birthday and was never able to use any of the pools including the swim out I paid for! The swim out pool had algae and was never cleaned until the last night we were there! There was vomit in the adult pool and the beach is not swim able! The staff never responded to our requests! The blinds were broken I had to use my hair clip for privacy and the food was terrible!

"It was an okay stay for me. Food was average not spectacular. I often saw cockroaches in the hallway near my room since people left food and dirty dishes on the trash can. Restrooms in common area were clogged most of time. Staffs were friendly and helpful."
